The Optical Absorption Measurement Instrument ( PTS-2000/PTB-2000 ) is a laser-induced optical detection device designed to measure absorption defects and absorption uniformity in optical thin films, optical crystals, laser crystals, quartz materials, and more.
It supports both surface and bulk absorption measurements.
PTS-2000: Optimized for surface absorption detection and analysis of optical thin films and components. It enables precise measurements in UV, visible, or infrared wavelengths based on customer requirements.
PTB-2000: Designed for bulk absorption analysis in optical components and materials. It measures absorption uniformity, defects, doping concentrations, and provides critical guidance for quality control in optical material production.
